Founded by Jim and Cindy Presnell, The Presnell Partners Real Estate Team consists of a team of accomplished real estate agents with over 40 years of experience. ABOUT JIM
As a second-generation Realtor, following in his mother’s footsteps after her 50+ year career in Real Estate, Jim Presnell’s calling is to help you find a house that will become your home.
Licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, with a passion for fulfilling clients’ needs since 1989, Jim has over 1,300 real estate transactions to date. Learning the values of commitment and entrepreneurship from his mom, Jim knew early on that a desk job was not for him. He enjoys interacting with clients, helping them find just the right space to fit their personal style.
Jim served in the U.S. Navy and is a Vietnam Veteran. Before Moving to Georgia, He worked at Union camp and did side work as a contractor. Those experiences carry over into how he serves his clients. With a background as a builder, developer, and investor, Jim approaches real estate from multiple levels, using all the tools at his disposal to best assist clients.
Combining over 50 years of experience, Jim and his wife and fellow Realtor, Cindy Presnell, created The Presnell Partners Real Estate Team. A Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Jim is a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), Certified Marketing Specialist (CMS), Certified New Home Specialist (CSP), Military Relocation Professional (CMRS), Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), and is REO and Equator certified.
As a Vietnam Veteran, Jim is a Life Member of the VFW. He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, Gardening and spending time with family. Jim takes pride in serving the community and is active in building and repairing homes for Habitat for Humanity, Effingham. If you catch him riding around on his Harley, be sure to wave “hello.”
Jim is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Savannah Association of REALTORS®, and Georgia Association of REALTORS® South Carolina Association of Realtors. After growing up on a working cattle ranch, Effingham Country was an easy place to call home. He serves clients in Effingham/Chatham/ Bryan/Bulloch counties and surrounding areas.

Cindy Presnell knows what it takes to make a house a home and is committed to finding a house that can become a home for you.
In 2005, after assisting her husband and fellow Realtor, Jim Presnell, Cindy discovered a passion for real estate, which led to a 15-year career with a local real estate office. She earned a degree in Business Management in 1999, and her 20 years of management experience made for a smooth transition into real estate.
After receiving her Realtor license in 2012, Cindy and Jim created The Presnell Partners Real Estate Team, which now consists of accomplished Realtors with over 50 years combined experience. She is certified as a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Co-Owner of an investment company.
Working alongside Presnell Partners’ Administrative Assistant, she offers marketing management, professional photography, organization, and creativity with her real estate services. Cindy strives to curate an experience with her team of Realtors that leaves clients comfortable throughout the process and satisfied with the result. Each repeat client and their referrals give her pride in knowing they have formed a lasting relationship. Cindy is licensed in Georgia and serves clients in Effingham, Bryan, Bulloch and Chatham Counties.
